Encon continues to grow sustainably with Pieter-Jan Loyens as managing director

Former sales & marketing director Pieter-Jan Loyens is taking over the operational management of the company. Co-founder Robin Bruninx remains a key strategic figure in this growth plan and will continue to focus on innovation, digital transformation and raising awareness of sustainability. He also remains chairman of the board of directors, which includes co-partner Sandra Deraeve and partner Hasco Invest.

Success through innovation

Encon has a diverse client portfolio featuring names such as Nelissen Steenfabrieken, Ekopak, Pauwels Sauzen, Barco and Distrilog. The past year has been particularly successful for the consultancy. ‘More and more companies are recognising the added value of integrating sustainability into their policies and wish to tackle this from the ground up,’ says Loyens with satisfaction. ‘Encon supports them in their quest to find the right balance between E (ecology), S (social) and G (governance). And then to highlight those efforts in their sustainability communications.’ As a product leader, Encon remains constantly committed to innovation.
